Research is of huge importance at Context. Analysis of emerging and evolving security threats feeds into development and refinement of our testing tools and other security services. Much of what we discover in our research is also published via blogging, white papers and articles, enabling us to share our findings and expertise with our clients and with the wider security community. Context’s research covers a wide range of security-related topics, including specialist subjects of particular relevance to specific industry sectors. We also sometimes work directly with technology companies to help them address security issues relating to their technology which we have identified in the course of our research.
Context’s consultants are regularly invited to contribute to conferences and other events worldwide; and also play key roles in security industry bodies, including the Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST). Our R&D activities have also enabled us to develop world class security testing tools which are available to download on this site.
